At Mint Sportswear, most products are made to order and personalised for each customer. Because of this, we do not usually accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, approved design choices, or customer ordering mistakes.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom jerseys and personalised products are made specifically for you based on the options selected when ordering, including design, size, name, number, logos, and other personal details.

Once production has started, these items cannot usually be changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the confirmed order details or approved design, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
