ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible.
ONGOING IMPROVEMENT
Accessibility is an ongoing process, especially on an ecommerce website with product options, checkout, payment tools, uploaded artwork, size guides, and changing product content.
We also use automated reports, including Google PageSpeed Insights accessibility checks, to help identify possible improvements. Automated tools are useful, but they do not catch everything, so we also rely on manual review, customer feedback, and ongoing updates.
