Welcome to Mint Sportswear. These terms and conditions explain how our website, orders, designs, production, shipping, returns, and services work. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

DESIGN & APPROVALS

To keep the design process clear and efficient, we use the following approval procedures:

  • Stock Design Jerseys: Orders for pre-designed jerseys are produced without final mockup approval. Our designers may adjust logos, names, numbers, or colors to fit the artwork. If a change significantly affects the flow of the design, we will contact you before production.
  • Color Accuracy: Colors shown on digital mockups may vary slightly from the final printed fabric due to differences between screens, web colors, and physical printing.
PRODUCTION & CANCELLATION

Because custom jerseys are made to order, timing and communication are important:

  • Non-Response: If we do not receive a reply to a design approval request within one week, stock designs may be produced in best taste.
  • Production Time: As stated in our Shipping Policy, please allow up to 21 days for production before your custom order is dispatched.
ORDER VERIFICATION & CANCELLATION

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund when needed to protect customers, correct errors, or prevent misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pricing & Technical Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical issue, human error, or system malfunction.
  • Discount Misuse: If a personal, private, or restricted coupon code is used by anyone other than the intended recipient.
  • Fraud Prevention: If an order is flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially unauthorized. In cases of suspected credit card fraud or unauthorized payment use, we may cancel the order and report the incident to our payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal.
  • Verification: If our security systems flag inconsistencies, we may contact you for additional verification before processing the order.
PAYMENT & PRICING
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. Bank transfers must be completed within 5 business days.
  • Business Accounts: Business billing or invoicing may be available upon request before ordering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • Custom Items: Custom designs, including apparel with personalized names, numbers, logos, or other custom details, are final sale. They cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or significantly different from the approved mockup.
  • Inventory Items: Non-customized inventory items may be exchanged within 7 days for another item or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Import Duties: As noted in our Shipping Policy, orders outside the United States and European Union may be subject to local import duties, VAT, customs charges, or administrative fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the customer when required.
  • Risk of Loss: Orders are shipped through courier networks assigned by our production facilities. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, Mint Sportswear LTD owns the intellectual property rights for the material on this website. All rights are reserved.
FORCE MAJEURE

Mint Sportswear is not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations when caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, courier disruption, customs delays, production disruption, or breakdown of equipment or machinery.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Sportswear is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of our website, services, or products. We work to keep product information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all website content is always error-free.
